Team Agilist - Branch Teller CSP

Role Overview

The Team Agilist ensures a single Agile Team operates effectively and continuously improves. They lead team transformation, facilitate team cadences, promote proactive risk management, and remove impediments. This role fosters a culture of transparency, accountability, and learning.

What You Will Do

Facilitate team sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Coach the team in Lean and Agile product managerial and Agile technical practices. Ensure all work items meet the Definition of Ready and Definition of Done.

2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Team Coach, Service Delivery Manager, or equivalent role. Strong knowledge of Agile methods and associated product, process, and technical practices.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Team Coach, Service Delivery Manager, or equivalent role
• Delivered the transformation of several Agile Teams
• Strong knowledge of Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, XP) and associated product, process, and technical practices
• Proven facilitation and servant leadership skills
• Ability to coach stakeholders, leaders, and team members on Agile principles and practices
