Job Description
Candid Health is seeking a Customer Support team member to deliver world-class support to healthcare providers. This role is vital in building a customer-centric platform for managing medical billing, working closely with Product, Engineering, and Billing teams. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication and operational skills.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience within healthtech support
- Familiarity with insurance claims processing (bonus)
- Troubleshooting technical issues (API, platform integrations) (bonus)
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure
- Attention to detail, especially around data security
- Proactive problem-solving skills
