Job Description
We are looking for a Mold Maintenance Technician to join our team at Canplas Industries Ltd. The successful candidate will have experience in mold maintenance, proficiency in mechanical disassembly and reassembly, and strong problem-solving skills. They will be responsible for preparing mold bases, conducting inspections, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
- High school diploma or recognized equivalent
- 5 years of experience in a mold shop or mold maintenance environment
- Proficiency in mechanical disassembly and reassembly of molds or similar equipment
- Ability to safely lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
- Strong problem-solving abilities and capability to work independently or collaboratively
