Mold Set-up and Processing Technician

Menasha Corporation is seeking a Mold Set-up and Processing Technician to ensure high-quality operation of injection molding tools and equipment, providing processing assistance to the shift supervisor, and performing mold set-ups, changeovers, and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Provide processing assistance to shift supervisor.
• Perform mold set-ups & changeovers, machine starts ups, lockouts, and shutdowns as required.
• Set up machine for production processing.
• Troubleshoot injection molding machines, conduct audits, and monitor parts for quality.
• Ensure cycle time, weight, mold change requirements, etc., are followed and adhered to.
• Work with maintenance, tooling, and quality to reduce quality-related concerns and issues.
• Perform random audits on each machine & monitor the quality of parts produced
• Monitor parts produced to ensure customer requirements & satisfaction are met.
• Respond to the needs of the operator, packer, etc. by addressing ongoing concerns
• Work safely and efficiently and use all required personal protective, safety equipment and devices
• Actively participate, promote & sustain Continuous Improvement, 5S and STW activities.
• Flexible to work 12-hour continental shift schedule
