Join the Canva team as an IT/AV Support Engineer and support Canvanauts in our London campus, providing technical support for events and hardware devices, and contributing to our global support model.
Requirements
- Exceptional customer service skills with experience supporting users on-site
- Experience supporting a variety of in-person, hybrid, and remote events using video, audio, and collaboration technology
- Experience supporting MDM-managed Apple/Mac hardware within an enterprise environment
- Experience supporting or administering applications such as Canva, Google Workspace, Okta, Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Zoom
- Experience onboarding and offboarding employees, including access provisioning and de-provisioning, as well as hardware delivery and collection
- Experience supporting on-site office infrastructure, including networking infrastructure, meeting rooms, event spaces, and printers
- Experience managing hardware assets, including vendor engagement and management, maintaining asset records, and hardware distribution
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including contributing to user and technical documentation
- Ability to manage multiple competing tasks and priorities with ease
- Experience working as part of a globally distributed team
