Join the team redefining how the world experiences design and serve as the primary strategic business partner to the Head of Public Sector Sales. This role involves owning forecasting and pipeline health, leading and operating Pipeline Council / Deal Reviews, and building and maintaining advanced models.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Ops, or GTM Strategy, ideally within a hyper-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- Public Sector experience strongly preferred, including familiarity with longer sales cycles, procurement complexity, and deal governance.
- Exceptional analytical and modeling skills (advanced Excel/Google Sheets; SQL strongly preferred).
- Proven ability to operate as a thought partner to senior sales leadership.
- Strong business judgment — you know when to push for rigor and when to enable speed.
- Clear, confident communicator who can influence without authority.
- Comfortable operating globally across regions, time zones, and sales motions.
