Solutions Consultant

Join the team redefining how the world experiences design. As a Solution Consultant, you’ll bring Canva’s value to life for our EMEA customers by shaping global content workflows, running high-impact discovery and delivering demos that excite and delight. You’ll partner with Sales to build solutions that win and help organisations adopt Canva at the enterprise level.

Requirements

• High proficiency in visual design tools (Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Figma)
• Strong ability to design demos and workflows within Canva
• A proven partner of Sales organisations in driving account strategy
• Fluency in German, to support our DACH customers.
• Familiarity with SSO, SCIM, or APIs (you’ll work with our Technical Pre-Sales team when needed)
• Experience working with enterprise creative, marketing or brand teams.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate complex ideas simply
• Experience in pre-sales, consulting, creative workflows or enterprise onboarding.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams at once and work under pressure
• Collaborative and a great communicator.
• Curious, resourceful and love helping colleagues and customers learn.
