Job Description
We’re looking for a hardworking Maintenance Technician to join our team! You’ll make sure our portfolio of 100+ multifamily units and 85,000 SF of commercial space are operating efficiently, regularly inspect our building for any damage, and conduct routine maintenance on our equipment to keep it running smoothly.
Requirements
- Supervise, coordinate and complete all maintenance work orders and improvement projects
- Communicate with Property Manager, 3rd party providers and Tenants to insure work orders are completed efficiently
- Document and track all costs and time associated with work orders and improvement projects and input into property management software
- Maintain building supplies through inventory management system using property management software
