Job Description
Canvas Medical is seeking an Applied AI Operations Lead to drive successful AI agent deployment and governance across their customer base. This role bridges the gap between Applied AI engineering and healthcare organizations, ensuring AI agents deliver measurable value in clinical and operational workflows. The ideal candidate will collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to translate complex AI capabilities into compelling stories and create repeatable playbooks.
Requirements
- 5+ years in technical customer-facing roles (solutions engineering, technical consulting, customer success engineering)
- Demonstrated experience deploying and managing LLM-based applications in production environments
- Strong project management skills
- Hands-on experience with foundation model APIs
- Healthcare technology experience required
