Job Description
Canvas Medical is seeking a Solutions Engineer to bridge the gap between customer needs and platform capabilities. The role focuses on building technical solutions and extensions to their EMR platform, partnering with Solutions Consultants to translate requirements into scalable solutions. The engineer contributes directly to platform evolution and drives innovation in healthcare automation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- 2+ years of professional software development experience with modern web stacks
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Healthcare & Domain Expertise
- API design and event-driven architectures experience
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks (React preferred)
- Experience with event-driven architectures and plugin-based systems
- Strong understanding of software design patterns and testing practices
- Experience with version control, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows
