Job Description
The Community Assistant Branch Leader champions the Canvas Credit Union vision pillars, including being known for heart, people, ease of use, leadership in communities, and ensuring the branch is a household name. They work closely with the Branch Leader to guide team members to provide exceptional service to members and develop them to deepen relationships with members.
Requirements
- Ensure members receive high quality service
- Exceed credit union goals
- Take appropriate action to resolve member issues
- Maintain high levels of operational integrity
- Work with Branch Leader to evaluate, develop, motivate, train and coach Canvas team members
- Deepen member relationships by cross-selling products and services
- Maintain thorough knowledge of lending processes, security and fraud procedures, and the functions of all automated equipment
- Responsible for all management functions including hiring, training, and conflict resolution
