Community Branch Leader

We're looking for a Community Branch Leader to champion our vision pillars, lead a highly motivated sales team, and represent the credit union in the community. The ideal candidate will have exceptional people leadership skills, a track record of coaching success in sales and customer service, and a deep understanding of Canvas financial products and services.

• Exceptional people leadership skills
• Track record of leading and coaching team to 'higher' results
• Demonstrated track record of coaching success in sales and customer service
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Advanced knowledge and understanding of Canvas financial products and services
• Advanced analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
• Multi-lingual capabilities to include Spanish are a plus
