HR Business Partner sought by a growing HR consultancy supporting smallâmedium businesses across Australia. The role involves providing end-to-end HR support, managing ER casework, and developing into a strategic advisor.
Requirements
- 2â3+ years HR advisory experience
- Strong knowledge of modern awards, enterprise agreements, and Fair Work processes
- Demonstrated experience managing performance, misconduct, and termination matters
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and switch contexts effectively
- Strong organisational skills and a practical, solutions-focused approach
- Confidence with HR systems and technology
