The HR Manager will lead the People function and manage a team of two to maintain and enhance a functional operational HR department, ensure engagement and retention, and set the organisation up for success in its next chapter.
Requirements
- HR Generalist experience
- Team management experience (desirable)
- Experience in a customer-facing industry
- Experience of managing operational HR
- Solid understanding of Modern Awards
- Comfort with technology (HRIS platforms)
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or related field (desirable)
