Job Description
Our client, operating in a prestigious industry, is seeking an experienced and hands-on HR Manager to join its Asia Pacific team.
Requirements
- Proven HR experience in a senior or standalone role
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation
- Skilled in balancing strategic priorities with hands-on operational responsibilities
- Demonstrated experience managing recruitment, employee relations, performance reviews, and compliance processes
- Proficient in using HRIS platforms (ideally BambooHR) and producing accurate HR reports
- Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive approach with an ability to manage HR Projects
