Capacity is seeking a Sales Engineer to join their team, reporting directly to the Director of Sales Engineering. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience in pre-sales engineering, solution architecture. They will work closely with the sales team and customers to understand technical requirements and pain points, and provide expert advice and insights to potential and existing customers.
Requirements
- Familiar with AI systems/bots/automation, CCaaS, UCaaS experience preferred
- Tech savvy & interested in diving in to understand the technical aspects of all product functionality
- A good story teller
- Strong networking and relationship building skills
