• Manage the leasing process from tour to move-in
• Showcase the value of the community features
• Use a customer focused attitude to ensure a smooth renewal process
• Utilize and establish creative marketing and social media strategies
• Support occupancy and retention goals
• Use problem solving skills to handle unpredictable situations
• Maintain accurate and in-depth knowledge of the community and competitors
• Promote positive resident relations

• Collaborate with team members to plan and organize resident events
