Job Description
Residential Property Manager will oversee application processes, verifications, and paperwork for new move-ins, recruit and retain residents, and ensure proper scheduling of site staff. Responsibilities include negotiating contract services, supervising eviction of tenants, and maintaining accurate records and reporting information.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university
- One to two years related experience and/or training
- Equivalency of education and experience
