The role involves partnering with leading insurers and intermediaries to design, define, and deliver transformation programmes across underwriting, policy administration, claims, distribution, and regulatory change.
Requirements
- Strong business analysis experience within Insurance (Life, P&C, or London Market)
- Proven ability to bridge business and technology functions in complex environments
- Experience delivering regulatory, operational, or technology-led change programmes
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and structured problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Waterfall methodologies, with experience using tools such as Jira
