Job Description
Capco is seeking a Senior Consultant specializing in Insurance to join their team in Singapore. The role involves delivering end-to-end oversight for insurance projects, collaborating with leadership and clients, and driving transformation across business operations and technology. This role focuses on digital transformation and data-driven solutions, and collaboration with senior stakeholders and across teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in the Insurance Industry with a focus on digital transformation.
- 3+ years’ experience in one or more areas of Insurance including digital transformation, agile transformation, or operational excellence.
- Strong understanding of the project lifecycle and ability to apply principles in design and implementation.
- Business analysis experience in the insurance industry.
- Experience working on large-scale program initiatives.
