Job Description
Capco Technology is hiring an IT Solution Architect to design and deliver modern cloud and AI-powered platforms across Insurance and Financial Services. The role involves architecting and integrating AI and automation capabilities, modernizing legacy applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Requirements
- 10+ years in solution architecture or senior engineering roles
- 8+ years designing large-scale distributed systems
- Deep hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Strong background in microservices, APIs, containers, IaC, DevOps pipelines
- Practical experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into products or workflows
- Strong knowledge of modern backend engineering (Java/Kotlin, Spring Boot; bonus for Python, Go, etc.)
- Ability to work across hybrid environments and modernize legacy systems
- Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting architecture to technical and business stakeholders
