Job Description
Capco is seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect to join their Insurance Technology team in Toronto. The role involves designing, implementing, and managing technology solutions to meet client needs, leading projects, providing strategic advice, and serving as a subject matter expert. The ideal candidate will be driven, entrepreneurial, and possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Requirements
- 12+ yearsâ experience developing overall solution architecture.
- Experience leading technology projects and delivering complex solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to build relationships with clients.
- Understanding of requirements, technical constraints and defending solution options.
