Our client is one of the United States' largest insurers, providing a wide range of insurance and financial services products. They are seeking a Scrum Master to lead teams in delivering via effective Lean-Agile practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Scrum Master role
- 1-3 years in an Agile environment experience or 4 years of experience in a project environment required
- English Proficiency required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- SAFe Certified Scrum Master certification (within 180 days of hire) required
- SAFe Certified Practitioner or Agilist (within 180 days of hire) preferred
