Job Description
FBS Scrum Master role focused on supporting strategic data programs, with key responsibilities including servant leadership, team dynamics, coaching, and facilitation of Agile ceremonies. Collaborates with internal and external teams to resolve dependencies and eliminate impediments.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in a similar role as a SCRUM Master
- BS in Computer Science or similar
- Full English Fluency
- Exp Insurance within finance area (PLUS)
- Data Analytics Exp (Desirable)
- Devops, Agile (Desirable), Waterfall (Desirable)
- Rally - Intermediate (4-6 Years) MUST
- MS Office Suite - Intermediate (4-6 Years)
- PowerBI - Entry Level (1-3 Years) (Desirable)
- POPM – Product Owner Product Manager Certification (PLUS)
- Business Acumen: Business Needs translation to the technical side (MUST)
