Job Description
The Customer Advisor role is responsible for ensuring customer issues and concerns are answered efficiently and effectively, providing excellent customer service and promoting relevant products and services. The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) qualification
- Minimum 12 months international call centre experience
- Utilities experience advantageous
- Collections experience advantageous
- Sales through service experience advantageous
