Requirements
- 5+ years in benefits or Total Rewards roles in multinational organizations
- Expertise in benefits administration, compliance, and statutory reporting
- Experience setting up benefits in new markets and managing transitions between vendors
- Background in benefits benchmarking, analytics, and strategic recommendation
- Ability to manage complex, cross-regional benefits topics with attention to detail
- Strong project management skills
