This role is responsible for ensuring benefits are competitive, cost-effective, compliant, and aligned with our Total Rewards strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years in benefits or Total Rewards roles in multinational organizations
• Expertise in benefits administration, compliance, and statutory reporting
• Experience setting up benefits in new markets and managing transitions between vendors
• Background in benefits benchmarking, analytics, and strategic recommendation
• Ability to manage complex, cross-regional benefits topics with attention to detail
• Strong project management skills
