Relationship Manager II

Capital Farm Credit is seeking a Relationship Manager II to develop new business and service existing customers in the assigned office. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, and three or more years of experience as a loan officer or loan officer associate. The position requires strong business development skills, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to assess risk and provide recommendations on loan approval.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Ag Economics, Ag Business or related field
• Three or more years of experience as a loan officer or loan officer associate or commensurate title
• Outstanding business development skills complimented with appropriate credit knowledge
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to assess risk and provide recommendations on approval commercial or real estate loans
• Good standing in current and/or previous employment
• Registration as a Mortgage Loan Officer under the National Mortgage Licensing System
