Requirements
- General knowledge and understanding of lending laws and regulations.
- Specific knowledge of the bank's lending policies and procedures.
- Ability to determine payments, insurance costs, ratios, et cetera.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related program software.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to make presentations.
- Excellent customer service skills.
