Utilize relationship management skills and techniques to service and expand current business relationships and develop new business relationships to enhance existing business relationships and contribute to the bank’s profit and growth objectives.
Requirements
- General knowledge and understanding of lending laws and regulations.
- Specific knowledge of the bank's lending policies and procedures.
- Ability to determine payments, insurance costs, ratios, etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related program software.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to make presentations.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or banking, or equivalent educational experience.
- Three-plus years of commercial lending experience.
- Successful business development experience.
- Experience in community and civic activities.
