We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Director, Institutional SEA to join our client group. This individual is expected to build and maintain high quality relationships, generate business leads, win new clients and act as a key person for prospective and existing institutional clients in select SEA markets.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of institutional sales experience with a proven track record of cultivating, winning, and maintaining strategic relationships with a long-term mindset
- Deep knowledge of SEA markets and experience working with institutional clients
- Affinity with capital markets, investments, and macroeconomics. Strong technical skills and the ability to discuss financial topics with clients
- Strategic thinker with analytical mindset, strong business acumen and interest in future trends and new asset classes/solutions
- Self-motivated, setting ambitious goals for themselves, and a drive to make progress. Intrinsically motivated by developing long-term partnership, uncovering opportunities, and winning new business
