APAC Institutional Client Business is responsible for understanding the strategic, investment and risk management needs of institutions and translating them into commercial opportunities. The Director role requires strong judgment, commercial instinct, and the ability to operate independently with senior client stakeholders.
Requirements
- Own senior relationships with strategic institutional clients in Southeast Asia
- Originate and execute new business opportunities across asset classes and solutions
- Drive long term partnerships through strategic client relationship management
- Demonstrate strong commercial judgment in prioritising opportunities and structuring solutions
- Develop best sales development practices to achieve commercial success for BlackRock's institutional business in Southeast Asia
- Keep abreast of regulatory, accounting and capital frameworks on investment, product development and risk management decisions
- Contribute thought leadership and client insights to internal stakeholders
- Mentor and coach junior team members
