You'll work closely with the Retirement Plan Counselor to help drive sales initiatives in the Retirement Plan Sales market, identifying firm and firm representatives’ needs and coordinating efforts to serve those needs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of financial services sales experience
- Proven experience in third party distribution, a broad knowledge of the mutual fund business and retirement plan sales, and the demonstrated ability to build long-term relationships
- Proven track of sales success in Retirement Plan Sales
- Skilled communicator and sales experience in the registered investment advisor space
- Knowledge of synthesizing information and presenting it in a distilled manner
- Licenses: Series 6 or 7 (or willing to obtain Series 7) and Series 63/65 or 66 as well as one or more of the following designations AIF, AIFA, PPC, CIMA, and CFA
