Job Description
Capital Group is seeking a Divisional Retirement Plan Counselor to drive sales initiatives in the Retirement Plan Sales market, educating and motivating financial advisers and other financial intermediaries to raise and retain assets for Capital Group.
Requirements
- 5+ years of financial services sales experience
- Proven experience in third party distribution, broad knowledge of the mutual fund business and retirement plan sales
- Demonstrated ability to build long-term relationships
- Proven track of sales success in Retirement Plan Sales
- Ability to leverage technological resources to create custom analysis
- Skills in synthesizing information and presenting it in a distilled manner
- Licensures: Series 6 or 7, Series 63/65 or 66, and one or more of the following designations: AIF, AIFA, PPC, CIMA, and CFA
