We're looking for an Enterprise Growth Manager – RIA at Capital Group to develop, manage, and lead key relationships within the RIA marketplace. You'll excel at delivering compelling presentations, have a strategic mindset, and be able to lead efforts with functional partners. You'll also have a proven track record in third-party distribution and a broad knowledge of the mutual fund, SMA, ETF, and CIT business and sales cultures.
Requirements

- Expert command of the RIA distribution landscape
- Ability to manage several projects/initiatives simultaneously
- Motivated by setting goals and measuring performance against them
- Well-rounded collaborator and able to work with other Senior Sales Force members
- Proven track record in third-party distribution
- Broad knowledge of mutual fund, SMA, ETF, and CIT business and sales cultures
- Ability to identify opportunities and strategic themes and develop business plans accordingly
- Deep technical knowledge of portfolio construction
- Ability to leverage technologies to create custom analysis (Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, etc.)
- Excellent communication and sales experience in the registered investment advisor space
- Ability to synthesize information and present it in a distilled manner
- Possession of one or more of the following designations: Series 7, AIF, AIFA, PPC, CIMA, CFA, and CFP
- Significant sales experience in the registered investment advisor space
