Requirements
- Delivering compelling and informative presentations
- Strategic mindset and ability to lead efforts with functional partners
- Expert command of the RIA distribution landscape
- Manage several projects/initiatives simultaneously
- Motivated by setting goals and measuring performance against them
- Well-rounded collaborator and work skillfully with other Senior Sales Force members
- Proven track record in third-party distribution
- Broad knowledge of the mutual fund, SMA, ETF, and CIT business and sales cultures
- Demonstrated ability to build long-term relationships
- Ability to identify opportunities and strategic themes and a business plan accordingly
- Proven track record and a deep technical knowledge of portfolio construction
- Ability to leverage technologies to create custom analysis (Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, etc.)
- Excellent communicator and significant sales experience in the registered investment advisor space
- Well-versed in synthesizing information and presenting it in a distilled manner
- One or more of the following designations: Series 7, AIF, AIFA, PPC, CIMA, CFA, and CFP®
