Relationship Manager, Insurance General Accounts

The Relationship Manager, Insurance General Accounts is responsible for executing and supporting the strategic relationship management efforts for Capital Group’s Insurance General Accounts business. This role prioritizes long-term client success by aligning Capital Group’s comprehensive investment and risk management solutions with the insurance client's specific business and investment objectives.

Requirements

• Deliver service excellence for general account clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Support and execute strategic expansion into the insurance general account segment, including business development responsibilities and internal readiness.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and an exceptional service experience.
• Analyze client portfolios to identify investment opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Lead and support client meetings, presentations, and negotiations with senior stakeholders across investment and operations functions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and partner with compliance, legal and investment teams.
