Job Description
As a Wealth Management Consultant, you will lead sales initiatives in the Cross Channel segment, identify firm and firm representatives' needs, and manage American Funds Distributions presence, relationships, and business results with key firms. You will excel at delivering motivational and informative presentations, and work collaboratively with Senior Sales Force members to identify opportunities for better investor outcomes.
Requirements
- Proven track record in third-party distribution
- Broad knowledge of ETF, Mutual Fund, SMA, and CIT business and sales cultures
- Ability to build long-term relationships
- Effective leadership and motivation skills
- Strong partner with Retirement Plan Wholesaler, asset class, vehicle, and practice management specialists
- Deep technical knowledge of portfolio construction
- Ability to leverage technologies to create custom analysis (Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, etc.)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- One or more of the following designations: Series 7, AIF, AIFA, PPC, CIMA, and CFA
