At Capital Group, you'll be a key member of our wholesaling team leading sales initiatives in the Cross Channel segment. You'll manage American Funds Distributions presence, relationships and business results with key firms.
Requirements
- Proven track record in third-party distribution
- Broad knowledge of the ETF, Mutual Fund, SMA and CIT business and sales cultures
- Demonstrated ability to build long-term relationships
- Ability to lead and motivate a territory team consisting of an Internal Wholesaler, Divisional Wholesaler and Regional Wholesaler
- Strong partner with your Retirement Plan Wholesaler, asset class, vehicle and practice management specialists to drive results
- Proven track record and a deep technical knowledge of portfolio construction
- Ability to leverage technologies to create custom analysis (Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, etc.)
- Ability to synthesize information and present it in a distilled manner
- One or more of the following designations: Series 7, AIF, AIFA, PPC, CIMA, and CFA
