This front desk attendant position at the hotel is key to the success of the front desk, reporting directly to the General Manager. The role involves greeting and checking in guests, handling requests, handling internal/external calls, handling reservations, and assisting with daily tasks. Requirements
- Greeting & checking in guests
- Handling guest requests
- Answering internal/external calls
- Taking reservations over the phone
- Running shift reports & balancing cash drawers
- Executing daily closing reports
- Assisting other departments with guest needs
- Prompt and regular attendance
- Department schedules that accommodate business demands
- Minimum 16 hours of work per week (part-time)
- Valid Driver’s License
- High school diploma/GED
