The On-Call Banquet House Attendant is responsible for setting up, maintaining, and breaking down banquet and meeting rooms according to client specifications and hotel standards, ensuring a clean and elevated service experience for guests.
Requirements
- Operational Support: Set up banquet and meeting rooms, tear down and reset rooms, maintain cleanliness of event spaces, and deliver supplies as needed.
- Guest Experience: Provide prompt and courteous assistance to event hosts and clients, and handle guest requests related to room setup and amenities.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with Banquets, Events, Engineering, and Housekeeping team to ensure alignment on room setups and cleanliness standards.
