Job Description
As a Banquet Houseperson, you will assist the banquet team by preparing event spaces to meet the highest standards of presentation and functionality, and provide exceptional service to guests.
Requirements
- Previous experience in banquet setup or a similar role is preferred
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and furniture (up to 50 lbs)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on event schedules
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent guest service
