Requirements
- Recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience in a communications or growth marketing role
- Data-curious mindset with a keen interest in understanding customer behaviour
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including copy editing and proofreading
- Experience with any CRM or email marketing platform is a big plus (e.g Customer.io, Braze, Hubspot), but a proactive willingness to learn is essential.
