Talent Partner position at Capital on Tap, supporting Customer Operations department. Responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing candidates, and providing great candidate experience. Must have experience in in-house Talent Team, sourcing, and ATS management.
Requirements
- Experience in in-house Talent Team
- Proven experience in sourcing candidates through various channels
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Strong organisational and time management skills
