Capital Power is seeking an IS Intern to join their Office 365 Support team. The successful candidate will provide support for all Capital Power users, create and deliver training, and drive adoption of the O365 platform.
Requirements
- Performing administration, support, and configuration of Microsoft O365
- Providing highly responsive primary customer-focused O365 Support services
- Creating and delivering training to end users for O365 applications
- Providing support services for both operations and capital project initiatives
- Understanding and following IT processes and practices
- Driving adoption by understanding business challenges/processes and addressing these with the approved Office 365 solutions
- Participating in the resolution of technical problems and apply appropriate trouble-shooting skills and ensure best-practice steps are followed
- Ensuring correct execution of support procedures is followed by adhering to documented processes and procedures, increase efficiency where possible
- Ensuring that any anomalies are escalated to the manager
- Ensuring all changes follow the change management process and are documented and approved
- Collaborating with other team members within IS to increase collaboration and level of support provided by the O365 Support team
- Building relationships with clients to better support their needs
