Job Description
As an Assistant Manager / Executive, Property Management at CapitaLand Investment Limited, you will be part of the Business Park and Industrial Operations team, handling premises, planning maintenance, and promoting good relations with partners and tenants.
Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) / Real Estate / Facilities / Building / Estate Management)
- Fire Safety Manager and SCEM certification
- WSQ Trained in SIC and ERT
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Self-driven team player with good planning, organizing, communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and under tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
