Assistant Manager / Executive, Property Management (2-Years Contract)

Assist in managing and maintaining properties, handling tenant relationships, and supervising maintenance and repairs. Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules and attend to complaints and feedback. Promote good relations with partners and tenants, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) / Real Estate / Facilities / Building / Estate Management)
• Possess Fire Safety Manager and SCEM certification (added advantage)
• WSQ Trained in SIC and ERT (added advantage)
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
