Support the end-to-end recruitment process for Ascott’s internship program, coordinate and execute events, assist in planning and execution of HR initiatives, and contribute to Brand360 initiatives.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Creative and possesses strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Self-starter who can identify opportunities to assist and see through agreed actions.
- Excellent team player who is organized and meticulous.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
