The Intern, Human Resources supports the HR department in executing HR operational processes and the planning and rolling out of various HR initiatives.
Requirements
- Assist the team in maintaining and updating content on Ascott career page through the use of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Support Ascott career page revamp to improve candidates' and HR staff's user experience including conducting training to cluster HR staff on the job posting process
- Support the HR Orientation Mobile Application enhancement project
- Assist in the coordination and execution of employment engagement initiatives such as pulse surveys, townhalls, employees-centric engagement events, creation of Infographics or internal communications messages to employees
- Track and audit staff advocacy postings on social media platforms
