Senior Executive / Executive, Property Management (2 Years Contract)

We are looking for a Senior Executive / Executive, Property Management to join our Business Park and Industrial Operations team. The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in a relevant field, possess relevant experience, and be able to work independently and under tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) / Real Estate / Facilities / Building / Estate Management
• Possess Fire Safety Manager and SCEM certification (added advantage)
• WSQ Trained in SIC and ERT (added advantage)
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• A self-driven team player with good planning, organizing, communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and under tight deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
