You will be part of the Business Park and Industrial Operations team and report to the Manager, Property Management. Job responsibilities include handling premises, implementing preventive maintenance schedules, supervising contractors, maintaining buildings, and managing complaints and feedback.
Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) / Real Estate / Facilities / Building / Estate Management)
- Possess Fire Safety Manager and SCEM certification
- WSQ Trained in SIC and ERT
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- A self-driven team player with good planning, organizing, communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and under tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
